The automatic material system has been developed, and the precise control of data has been used to realize de-artificialization, curb workshop dust, reduce labor, control the concentration of mother liquor within 2% deviation range, and make the dyeing process more controllable. At the same time, the on-line monitoring of each key process is deeply integrated with the ERP information system to ensure stable and reliable production process control.
